Engagement with Pn Noor Afifah Abdul Razak, Deputy Secretary General Ministry of Environment and Water (Kementerian Alam Sekitar dan Air i.e. KASA)
On 8th April 2022, ZEVA Exco members were honoured to be given opportunity to meet the newly appointed Deputy Secretary General of KASA. KASA is the ministry heading the sustainability agenda in Malaysia.
Pn Noor Afifah Abdul Razak is a prominent figure in sustainability agenda in the country. She was very attentive listening to the hopes of the ZEVA members, covering the car manufacturers / importers group, the charging point operators group as well as the users. She also stayed on beyond the stipulated time, showing her support to our low carbon aspiration.
ZEVA thanked Pn. Noor Afifah for her time and hope to continuously work with the ministry to support the country’s net-zero aspiration by 2050.
