U-Drive Malaysia – a comprehensive financing solution for EV ecosystem

Zero Emission Vehicle Association (ZEVA) is humbled to be invited to U-Drive Launch Event, officiated by YB Anthony Loke, Malaysia’s Transport Minister organized by UOB Malaysia. The event was attended by various agencies, among them are Malaysia Investment Development Authority (MIDA), Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC), Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) and Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii).
ZEVA is represented by our Executive Secretary, Aishah Daniyal in a panel alongside MGTC, ChargEV Sdn Bhd and Great Wall Motors Malaysia, moderated by UOB’s Chief Sustainability Officer.
In the event, ZEVA reiterated our strong support to the government of Malaysia in their EV-related target as spelt out in the National Low Carbon Mobility Blueprint. The blueprint listed out chargers deployment of 10,000 by 2025 and 15% XEV in the Total Industry Volume by 2030.
